II. Three Guarantees Policy

In accordance with China’s national Three Guarantees regulations and the List of Functional Failures for Microcomputer Products:

1. Within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase: If any malfunction listed in the above standard occurs, customers may opt for full refund, replacement, or repair.

2. Within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase: If any malfunction listed in the above standard occurs, customers may opt for replacement or repair.

3. Within 1 year from the date of purchase: If any malfunction listed in the above standard occurs, customers may apply for free repair.

1. Verify whether your monitor is still within the warranty period.
