Three Core Products – Precision Engineering
1. Precision Wire Harnesses
We have established a fully integrated industrial chain covering copper material consolidation, cable extrusion, and finished wire harness processing. Our products feature stable conductivity, high flex resistance, and full safety compliance, making them widely applicable to power supplies, home appliances, telecommunications, and consumer electronic devices. We provide efficient and reliable connection solutions for complete systems.
2. High-Frequency Transformers
Specializing in the R&D and production of high-frequency and planar transformers, we are equipped with industry-leading manufacturing facilities, including a dedicated workshop for large-scale, lean, and automated production of planar transformers. Our transformers stand out for their superior craftsmanship, high performance, and strong consistency, meeting the stringent requirements of high-end power supplies, industrial control, and communication equipment.
3. Precision Injection-Molded Parts
We operate 100 fully automatic high-speed injection molding machines (150–1,000T) and maintain a professional mold R&D team with independent capabilities in mold design, development, and manufacturing. Our expertise covers injection-molded structural components such as chassis enclosures, home appliance parts, power supply housings for consumer electronics, electrical components, and DC/EC fan molded parts. These products are characterized by high precision, excellent surface quality, and strong adaptability.
