On April 11, 2024, the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) hosted the 2024 High-Quality Development Seminar on Electronic Product Certification in Zunyi, Guizhou—a city rich in revolutionary history. The event brought together over 260 participants, including representatives from the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Zunyi Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, as well as leading enterprises such as Lenovo, Dell, HW, Honor, Xiaomi, OPPO, and Huntkey.

The conference was chaired by Zheng Juan, Director of the China Quality Certification Center (CQC). Liu Jiang, General Manager and Deputy Director of the CQC, delivered an opening address. Centering on the theme of the event, Mr. Liu underscored the critical role of quality certification in facilitating industrial growth. He affirmed that the CQC will continue to fully leverage its strengths in supporting and serving sectoral development, while providing enterprises with more efficient and streamlined certification services.
Following his remarks, Zhang Wei, Head of the Certification Quality Division under the Certification Supervision and Management Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, elaborated on the significance of the CCC system and market oversight. He emphasized that CCC certification, as a key market access mechanism, plays an essential role in safeguarding product quality, protecting consumer rights, and promoting fair market competition.

In order to encourage enterprises to pursue technological innovation, enhance quality standards, and foster collaborative development, the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) has established four distinguished awards: the Technology Leadership Award, the Win-Win Cooperation Award, the Excellent Quality Award, and the Long-term Partner Award. The recipients of these awards include leading companies from various industries, such as HW, Xiaomi, and Inspur.
